January 29, 2008

Over the course of my coaching career I have learned a lot about the way kids act at different ages. No matter how many years you coach, you never figure it all out, or have all the answers. What I have learned thus far, however, will definitely benefit me when I begin teaching. I learned something recently that you cannot always trust your kids to keep something confidential in a conversation between you. Especially at the age of 15, they are interested in only gossip and sharing everything they know. If you have something to say people... keep it to yourself!
